I had an interview for a Market Risk Analyst role in Madrid. It was a videoconference directly with the hiring managers. The content was typical for this kind of role, but the intro to the job, team, and company could have been better. The managers didn't introduce themselves, and the role wasn't explained well. I noticed one of them had a poor dress code. The call was supposed to be 45 minutes but ran over to 1 hour and 30 minutes. It's been weeks, maybe months, and I still haven't heard back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it and think a company like AXPO should look at their interview process.
The interview process was super clear and simple. There were a few rounds of interviews and they asked basic questions about my experience and skills. They were polite throughout, and the whole thing was organized and easy to get through.
I had 4 interviews. First, a technical interview with the BI team about data modeling, English, and agile methodology. Second, another technical interview with the BI team where I presented a prepared report example. Third, a non-technical interview with the BI team. Finally, an interview with HR which resulted in an offer.
