Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and then had a phone screening with a TA associate. After that, I was invited for a 1-hour in-person interview with two TA reps. The next round was a 2.5-hour interview with 5 people, which required me to leave work early. The whole thing took about 1.5 months. I was rejected and wasn't happy with the lack of communication afterward. I emailed asking for feedback to know what to work on, but never got a response. I felt after a 2.5-hour interview and having to leave my job, I deserved an explanation.

The interview process was super smooth and easy. The recruiting team kept me in the loop about my status every step of the way. They were really quick to answer any questions I had. The whole thing took about six weeks. It included one phone screen and then four in-person interviews.

It was a long, thorough process. From phone interviews to a test to in-person interviews, the process was structured to find the best fit possible. Everyone who interviewed me was prepared, and the overall experience was well-organized.
