Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked questions about the company, my experience, and what I wanted to learn. Basic Excel skills are a plus. They also wanted to know what I understood about the job role.

My interview had 3 rounds: first a fit interview, then a case study where I had to analyze a company, and finally a presentation of my case study with questions. I'm not sure if it's still the same process today.

So the interview process started with a call with my line manager, where we basically introduced ourselves and they asked me some technical questions. After that, I had a chat with the head of the team about why I'm interested in this role. The last step was a meeting with HR.
