First, they looked at my CV. Then, I had a competency interview where they asked about my motivation, technical background, and if I'd fit the culture. The whole process was professional and well-organised with clear communication. It was good overall, not that difficult.
Had a chat with the future manager and the current person in the role. They made me feel comfortable and it was a pretty straightforward interview. They clearly explained the role's context, what they expect from the person in this position, and who the potential future internal clients are.
It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked questions about the company, my experience, and what I wanted to learn. Basic Excel skills are a plus. They also wanted to know what I understood about the job role.
