First, there was a phone call to see if it was a good fit. Then, the process continued with two more steps: one with HR and then one with the manager.

The process can be slow, often involving three to four interviews. While success isn't guaranteed, believing in yourself can be life-changing.

First, you apply on the recruitment site. Then, someone will call you within 7 days. After that, there's a video call in the 2nd week with your direct manager (N+1). Next, an interview in the 3rd week with N+2. Finally, by the end of the 3rd week, you'll get an answer.
