I applied through LinkedIn. Since I was already with the company but not on a permanent contract, I couldn't use the internal mobility site. The interview happened on Teams between two meetings. Right away, the recruitment person explained that they preferred candidates from consulting firms over internal ones, without suggesting any names. They mentioned a family member who had the same training as me and suggested I either look into a consulting firm or try to stay in my current department. However, there are good reasons why I want to leave my current department! In the end, the interview was bizarre and served no purpose.
The hiring process was pretty opaque and not very structured. After a first interview that went well and received positive verbal feedback, I eventually got a call saying they had chosen another candidate.
The phone interview was good, and the face-to-face was simple and cool. The team makes you want to succeed and really looks for employer satisfaction and motivations. A very simple role-play situation. Recruitment was very fast.
