Very positive experience, kind. First, the manager presents himself and the company, then the candidate details all their experiences, a classic interview format. Questions about the background, general understanding of insurance, small hypothetical situations.
First, HR will contact you. Then, you will have the classic interview (tell me about yourself, your background, your motivation). After that, there's a technical test where they check your hard skills (probability, stats, programming).
There were three stages: first HR, then technical, then a motivational interview. The HR part was standard, covering my background and presenting the company. The technical part involved a live case study. The motivational interview was similar to the HR one, but with a team member.
