The recruiter set up a 30-minute call. The recruiter was 13 minutes late and sounded like she had no idea what she was doing or what position she was interviewing me for. Very unprofessional, very lame process. DON'T APPLY TO THIS COMPANY. They want slaves, not professionals.
The interview process was easy and really laid-back. The people I met were great. I'd suggest this job for anyone new to sales; it's a good place to get experience and improve your resume.
I had a screening call with the internal recruiter, and then moved on to interviews with the hiring manager and others. The whole process was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. I always knew what was coming next because they sent explanations and emails at every stage. I didn't end up taking the offer because the pay was too low, but the interview process itself was a breeze!
