Candidate-reported interview process

So there were four interviews in total. It started with a screening call with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there were two panel interviews. The first panel interview was with people who have similar roles. The last interview was with a panel of leaders from different levels in the department. It was pretty standard interview questions.

The interview mainly consisted of questions about strengths and weaknesses, and how I interact with colleagues. The general vibe was positive and polite, feeling more like a conversation than a formal interview.

Had a phone call with HR to set up the interview, then a 30-minute in-person chat with one person. HR called back afterward for a follow-up where I could ask any more questions.
