It was a quick process with three rounds. First, a phone screening, then a 1:1 with the hiring manager, and finally a 1:1 with the tech manager. They asked mostly standard questions about industry knowledge, my past work experience, and how I handle customer relationships, with only a few behavioral questions.
I applied for 4 jobs and interviewed for 3 of them. Each job took 3 rounds to interview for and some roles had projects that needed to be done to advance. The process started with a 15 min call with the recruiter, then a 1 hour call with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person panel interview. I was told each time I was a top candidate and they would let me know by the end of the week, but it ended up taking them 3-4 weeks to send a generic rejection email. I was really hoping to get hired at Avent, but after they showed me a lack of consideration for applicants multiple times, I decided to move on.
The technical interview involved 2 coding questions, one on strings and the other on graph. Then the next technical interview involved questions on Digital logic, Discrete mathematics as well as cloud basics.
