I had a technical screen and then an interview with the hiring manager. They asked questions about C++ multithreading and synchronization for content-heavy queries, and also about locks and other synchronization primitives. Then there was an HR round which was mostly behavioral, focusing on teamwork and communication.
Started with a couple of emails exchanged with the recruiter. Then, had a chat with some engineers. This chat involved casual questions about C++ language, how to design code, computer architecture, and operating systems. Some of these questions got progressively more detailed. Also worked through a couple of coding problems in a shared editor. The last step was a meeting with a manager, which was mainly about soft skills and discussing the outcome of the process.
Got referred by a friend. First, I spoke with the hiring manager. Then, I went in for a half-day interview. It was pretty standard, with standard questions. I met with four team members who seemed to be on the same page.
