This isn't a real interview experience, I'm just providing this to get information without sharing any personal data. I'm not comfortable sharing any details, but I do have some experience in a field related to avid so I just picked that randomly.
It was a really simple process with just two interviews, and I got the offer on the second one. They gave me a good sense of what the team does. First, a recruiter reached out. I got an email asking for more details about my current job duties. Then, I had an initial chat with the recruiter where we talked about salary. The next interview was with the team lead, and that's when they offered me the job.
Had an initial interview with the recruiter, though they were 15 minutes late. I was told I'd move to the next interview stage, but then saw on Workday that I was marked as 'Candidate withdrawn'. It would have been better if they'd just emailed me instead of ghosting. Seems like ghosting candidates is a common thing now.
