I applied online and then they set up a phone interview for me. After that, I had an in-person interview and got the job. It was a pretty standard interview process, and I think they might have tested my skills. Since I was a new grad then, I can't recall everything perfectly, but it was straightforward.

They mainly want you to do a lot of low-paid training at times that work for them, not necessarily for you. They don't tell you this upfront because it might make you reconsider.

The interview felt relaxed, but it was also tough because they threw a lot of situational questions at me. They really wanted to see how well I understood the responsibilities of a nurse. The main reason for this is so they can figure out what I'll need to focus on during my orientation period.
