I applied online and then they set up a phone interview for me. After that, I had an in-person interview and got the job. It was a pretty standard interview process, and I think they might have tested my skills. Since I was a new grad then, I can't recall everything perfectly, but it was straightforward.
My interview was confirmed by the recruiter the day before, and I made sure to be available. However, they canceled it via email just one minute before it was supposed to start, giving a generic reason and no real explanation or apology. I get that things change, but canceling so last minute after we already confirmed shows they don't respect candidates' time and that the recruiting process isn't well-coordinated. It felt unprofessional and showed a lack of basic courtesy.
The interview process was consistent with the job description, involving practical tests with real challenges for an analyst. There were multiple stages, including interviews with the manager, HR, and the team lead. Overall, it was a difficult interview, but the position is good.
