Avanade Ux Designer interviews, decoded.

I applied to Avanade a few years back. There were several interviews with different people. The interviews happened quickly and I got a response fast. Overall, it was a good experience.

The interview process was very fair, informative, and cooperative. It felt professional. They kept their promises about feedback timelines. The interviewers were genuinely interested in my work and my background. I was also invited to a Round Table discussion about the Candidate Experience, which was very informative. Glasdoor wants me to write 30 words now, but I'm currently advising on a process and can't really add more detail at the moment. 30 words is quite a bit...

I applied online, submitting my info, resume, and cover letter. Then there was a phone screen to check if I was qualified and interested. After that, I got a technical assessment with theory and practical questions. Then, I had a video interview with future teammates where we talked more about my technical skills and fitting in. Finally, I interviewed with senior management about my career goals, how I'd fit the company culture, and what I could bring to Avanade.
