Avanade Solutions Architect interviews, decoded.

It was a first interview to verify if my CV matches my verbal expression and assess my English level. They asked about my last 10 years of experience, emphasizing the company's technologies, as they are a Microsoft partner.

The interview process involved 2 interviews, one of which was on-site. The atmosphere was good and the conversation was interesting, though there was a 45-minute wait. I got in through a recruiter, which probably made the whole process smoother and also helped with salary negotiations.

I had 3-4 initial informal chats with an executive from the delivery team. These were casual discussions covering many aspects of the role. Then, the official interview process began with a recruiter screen. Following that, there were 4 "peer interviews" and I received positive feedback. After a considerable silence of 7-8 weeks, I had another interview with the executive. The recruiter was generally helpful, although sometimes slow to respond.
