The last interview went badly because they asked questions that weren't in the job description. They also commented that the previous people liked me, in a tone that implied the interview was only happening because the prior professionals liked me. I asked for feedback to understand areas for improvement, but didn't get a response.

I was reached out to via WhatsApp by Avanade's HR about a Service Delivery role. They set up an interview, but then canceled on the day of, saying there were scheduling issues. After that, they messaged me for about five days with random questions and then went silent. The whole thing felt really unorganized. I feel like if they had just had that initial conversation they first suggested, a lot of those questions could have been cleared up.

It was a pretty straightforward process, especially since I had a referral. I had just one interview with an executive. They asked really thoughtful and thorough questions about the job responsibilities.
