Avanade It Consultant interviews, decoded.

The initial interview with HR was straightforward. The HR representative from Avanade was very pleasant, professional, and prompt with their responses. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed due to a visa issue, but my overall impression was positive and professional.

So, first I had an initial screen with the recruiter, and then there were 3 more rounds with different people, all on Microsoft Teams. The recruiter was super helpful the whole time, answering any questions I had and making the process smooth. They were cool about rescheduling if needed too. The whole thing took just under 3 weeks.

The application process included a phone interview and an assessment center. During the phone interview, I was asked typical questions about my background and resume. HR then briefly discussed Avanade and the trainee program. The assessment center started with a computer science test, followed by a lunch break at Avanade. After lunch, there was a group presentation, then an individual presentation and an individual interview. The entire application process was very well organized. All participants were friendly.
