So the interview was in three parts. First, I had a chat with a recruiter. Then, I had a technical discussion with the hiring manager. Lastly, there was a 90-minute presentation I gave to two people. It was a WAF-based presentation. I eventually got a rejection email and some feedback, but they never responded when I asked a few times.
HR call first to see if I'm a fit, then I had my first interview with the hiring manager, followed by a second interview with a technical group manager, and a third one with an executive. The whole thing took about two months from start to finish before I got the offer. The interviews were pretty spaced out and took a really long time.
First, I connected with the internal recruiter, who gave me the lowdown on the role and what to expect. Then, there was a technical interview, which wasn't too tough and focused on my background and what I'd done before. After that, I had a chat with the leadership team, which felt more like a casual "character" interview. It was pretty laid-back, and they were open to any questions I had. All in all, it was a good experience.
