Avanade Consultant interviews, decoded.

Had three interviews total - two with HR and then one with a Senior Practice member. The interviews were pretty standard, nothing too weird. The HR ones were just the usual questions about why I'm interested in the role. The last one was with someone from the practice and they asked more technical stuff.

The interview process was very friendly but super technical. Everyone on the recruitment team really knew their stuff about the tech stack. The coding test involved discussing a case study and explaining how I'd approach the problem, keeping in mind the position's seniority. There was also a discussion with the client.
