Initial chat with HR where they asked me to lower my salary expectations, then a technical interview with technologies completely different from the job ad. They told me they'd move me to another interview more aligned, but then they disappeared without any feedback.
Had two initial screenings with two different HR people, they didn't seem to be on the same page. Then, I had a technical interview with one person for a role, followed by a second interview with two people for a similar role.
The interview process started with a recruiter reaching out for a basic HR interview, followed by an interview with a senior manager, and then an interview with the director. The interview process was not difficult and not overly technical; it was mostly behavioral. However, I was asked a few technical questions in my second round. The manager was understanding of my limited knowledge and asked follow-up questions.
