The people were nice and professional. The interview had 3 stages: one with HR, one with a team lead, and one with the manager. It was a video interview conducted in English. The interview went well.

It starts with filling out a form and uploading your resume. Then, you have a chat with the HR person handling your application. Once they give the go-ahead, they schedule a technical evaluation, followed by a meeting with the management. The manager interviewing you is usually the one who makes the final decision, so doing well in that meeting is super important. The technical and HR meetings are pretty chill. If you can, try to build rapport. The whole process is really well-organized. The HR team is really friendly and helpful. It can be a bit long, though. They might reach out later if you don't get through this time, as your profile stays in their system. The process is quite long.

It was a straightforward and clear interview process. The technical part was moderately difficult and lasted about 30 minutes. They got back to me pretty quickly.
