The interview process, which sometimes involved contract recruiters, felt disorganized and lacked a clear structure, which was unexpected for a company that's usually very process-oriented. The entire hiring cycle took quite a while to complete. I'd advise candidates to make sure they fully grasp the role's expectations and the support systems available to help them succeed.
I first talked to a screener and then a recruiter. The recruiter set me up to meet with the hiring manager. I met with him two times. The first meeting was an intro. The second time was more official and I had to present on a couple of topics (not technical). Then I met with another regional leader in person and had 2 phone interviews with regional executives. The whole thing was pretty easy. But it took a long time to get the offer after they decided they wanted me.
It was a really thorough and comprehensive interview process, with multiple interviews with leaders at different levels, from first-line to executive management. They asked me to get ready and give a group presentation about the company's capabilities, and then we had a roundtable discussion. It was inclusive, informative, and a good way to learn about the company and its culture.
