Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter the next day to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was pretty relaxed and covered basic job details. After that, I scheduled a phone interview with the Director of Nursing at the facility.

The first person I spoke with didn't know the pay. Then a regional manager called me for a phone interview. Wages weren't mentioned until my next interview with another regional manager. I was bummed to get so far and then find out the pay wasn't what I needed.

I had a really nice and relaxed interview. The director was great, and the place is really clean and modern. She gave me a tour, and even though we were cut short, she let me know when to expect an update on my application.
