The whole process involves 4 steps. First is an initial chat with HR. Then there's a tech test, which is a take-home assignment that usually takes 1-2 weeks to finish. After that, you'll have a tech discussion with the team, and finally a meeting with the producer to talk about the team. Just a heads up, the tech test is quite a bit of work, maybe too much if you're already working full-time.

First, there was an HR interview where they reviewed my resume. Then, I had a code challenge that was an efficiency C++ challenge. Ideally, there were a couple more phases after the challenge, but I got rejected because I didn't meet their expected threshold.

First, I had to sign an NDA and respond to HR questions via email. Then, there were several onsite interviews with different people. The whole thing took over 6 weeks, which wasn't clear upfront. I made my salary expectations known from the start and again in the first interview. Despite all that, they ultimately said they couldn't meet my salary expectations, which felt like a waste of my time. Generally, their pay is below market rate.
