So, the recruiter reached out first. Then I had an interview with another consultant, and finally one with the director. After that first interview, I was ghosted for 4 months. The recruiter reached out again later, and I did all the interview stages this time. A few days later, the recruiter said they were preparing an offer, but it was for a lower-level position than the one I applied for, even after I finished all the rounds. Then they ghosted me again after I followed up. It was really unprofessional, not a company I'd want to work for.
The process was pretty easy and nice. I first talked to a recruiter, then a manager, and finally a director. It felt more like a regular job chat than a formal interview. Everyone was professional, easy to talk to, and interesting. They only hire if they already have a contract that's pretty much secured (90-100%). So, don't be surprised if they offer you a contingent offer instead of a standard one. If they're interested in you, they'll definitely let you know.
First, I chatted with the recruiter to make sure the role was a good fit. Then, I had a case study with a panel. They gave me a dataset to analyze beforehand. I felt it was a fair assessment overall.
