It was a straightforward process, not too complicated. There was a written test, followed by two interview rounds, and then an offer. That's it. Pretty easy to get through, just stay confident and calm. The final round was with HR, which was also simple to crack.
The interviews typically go through a few steps: first there's screening, then some technical tests, and also behavioral interviews to see if you're a good fit for the team. Finally, there's a talk with the hiring managers and HR about the role and what they're looking for.
It was a 3 step process. First was a basic screening, then a technical and general aptitude round, and finally a discussion with the leadership team. The rounds weren't too hard or too easy. The HR team was super supportive in guiding me through the interview steps. The whole thing took about a week from start to getting the offer, and the pay was decent.
