Had one phone interview with a senior engineer and passed. Then I did a take home test and got 100%. I set up the final interviews, but they had already picked someone and cancelled mine last minute. I was bummed because I wanted to at least have a shot at showing what I can do.
The recruiter I spoke with was helpful and made sure the job was a good fit for me and the team. The interview process went like this: first, a recruiter call, then an information interview, followed by a technical coding challenge, and finally, in-person interviews that covered both technical and cultural aspects.
I got referred by a recruiter. First, I had a call with HR. Then, I did an online coding challenge. After that, I had a Skype chat about the coding challenge results. Finally, I had an in-person interview to meet the team.
