It was pretty straightforward. You should prepare based on the job description and common behavioral questions. Having experience in the automotive industry would be a great help. There's opportunity for advancement here.
The interview process had 5 rounds. First, a recruiter video call. Second, a hiring manager video call. Third, a take-home project due in one week with 3 assignments to check competency. Fourth, a colleague video call. Fifth, an in-person interview at the NYC office with the Hiring Manager and Senior Director.
It was a pretty typical interview process. First, a phone screen with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a coding assessment, and finally a group interview with the team. I heard back about their decision a few days after the interviews. Everything was done remotely.
