Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process is made up of three parts: a first interview, a trial project, and a second interview. The trial project is the hardest part, where candidates have to show what they can do in a real-life situation, focusing on communication skills, craft, and other things.

it was a smooth and transparent process, they really focused on how you work async. also, there's a paid assignment you can tackle to see if you fit the remote company culture! we did a recruiter call, then an async portfolio ppt, followed by a slack chat, then the assignment, and finally an offer.

The whole process starts with a Slack chat (it's a 90-minute chat) going through your portfolio and background, then if accepted you start a Design Trial (paid) and then there's a chat with HR about the offer details.
