The interview process was good. They gave me a buggy website to fix. After that, I had a Slack chat where I answered questions and did well. However, I was dropped right after without any follow-up.
So the whole thing took about a month. It started with some written questions, and then there was a 2-trial period. If you did well on the trials, you'd move on to a couple more interviews before they decided if you were a good fit. Everything happened over Slack.
It was text based, via slack. I got to stage 2. First interview was good, getting to know you. Second was more technical, theory technical if that makes sense. They wanted to know how you would handle debugging situations, customer satisfactory responses, etc.
