Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included two technical interviews. Following those, there were two interviews with the General Manager and one HR round. The HR folks were really rude and unwilling to negotiate salary. The technical rounds were fine. The HR people were idiots.

The interview process had 2 tech rounds and 2 GM rounds. Salary negotiation was the only issue. The HR representative was perceived as rude and dictatorial, showing no flexibility in salary discussions. I initially thought Autoliv was a top payer, but discovered after the interview that joining a startup with a strong profile and package might offer better career growth.

There were two face to face rounds. The interviews were designed to check our technical and functional strength. The questions were good and scenarios were tested. Overall, it was a great interview experience.
