Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was a bit drawn out because of HR, but now it's even more delayed because the HR team is pretty bad, and they also dropped the salary range because of new HR policies.

The interviewers were really good and professional. They seemed to know exactly what they were looking for, which made the process efficient. It was a great conversation, and I learned a lot about the company and their work, which actually made me more interested in joining.

I sent my resume to HR and waited for about a month. HR then got in touch with me, and we exchanged emails about the position and location. After that, I interviewed with the department manager. The interview was quite easy and straightforward, not too stressful.
