It was very straightforward and pleasant. They were very communicative and kept me in the loop. The creative director was very clear and spoke about the needs of the company and what was expected of this role.

Interview screening to a 2nd round with the hiring manager. After that, I didn't hear back until 5 months later when they said the role was filled. No communication from the recruiter or manager, just an automated message.

TA emailed to set up the first telephone call. I applied for the role 10 months ago. The disorganization and lack of respect is outrageous considering how much the company is growing.
