Candidate-reported interview process

It was a straightforward interview process that focused on the skills I brought to the table and how well I fit into the organization. It really helped that I had prior experience in the role I was interviewing for. Overall, it was a great experience.

The process started with an email exchange and took about a month to get an interview. It felt organized but took a while. There were about two or three rounds, depending on what the country manager and regional head thought. It wasn't super stressful, though I heard there might be some robot interviews with Austrade.

After I submitted my CV, there was a CV screening round. Then, there were two interview rounds, followed by security clearance. The interviews were thorough, with senior commissioners and regional stakeholders as judges.
