Candidate-reported interview process

It was an open and friendly discussion about the skills and experiences I bring to the table. Then, there was a group interview with two leaders in a conference room. They were expecting me and greeted me warmly to make me feel at home.

It was pretty straightforward. Started with a recruiter phone screen. Then, there was a panel interview with three managers. The last step was a phone chat with the account manager/client sponsor to check for alignment.

Got a call from a recruiter and then had a phone interview. After that, I had two more separate interviews. I thought it was going well and they were about to give me an offer, but then they just ghosted me. It was really weird because this happened after I already sent in my personal info for a background check. I don't have anything in my past that would be a problem. This has never happened to me before.
