I got a call from a recruiter about my application. The first call was with a recruiter/assistant, and it went well. Then I had a second interview and realized they weren't clear on what they were hiring for. They seemed undecided between two different job titles/responsibilities. I let them know I was still interested, but then they ghosted me. I followed up twice, but heard nothing back. It would have been considerate to at least say something if they weren't moving forward, especially since they reached out to me twice.
Had a regular phone interview first to screen me. Then, a zoom call and case study are planned next. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm hoping for another look once COVID hiring picks up.
It was an open and friendly discussion about the skills and experiences I bring to the table. Then, there was a group interview with two leaders in a conference room. They were expecting me and greeted me warmly to make me feel at home.
