Had a phone call/teams interview with general questions and a normal conversation. It was polite and one on one, with two separate interviews: one with someone in my potential role and one with a recruiter. I would recommend them, but they just weren’t paying what I wanted.
We start by looking over resumes and doing initial phone chats. Then, there's a first meeting to talk about your background and what you're aiming for. After that, you'll do a skills test. Next up is a panel interview where a group of us will check out how you fit in. We'll also do a behavioral interview to dig into your past experiences. Then, we'll do reference checks to confirm your credentials. Finally, there's a last interview, and if all goes well, we'll make you a job offer.
It's pretty easy. They tend to prioritize hiring through referrals, similar to many other companies. If you're interested in joining, I'd suggest checking your network to see if anyone you know can refer you.
