It was relaxed and friendly, and they seemed keen to get to know me. They started by discussing the company culture, its history, and core values, before moving on to the job description itself. They made an effort to make me feel comfortable.
Had a phone call/teams interview with general questions and a normal conversation. It was polite and one on one, with two separate interviews: one with someone in my potential role and one with a recruiter. I would recommend them, but they just weren’t paying what I wanted.
The interview process involved a virtual panel discussion via Teams covering career and personal goals, followed by an in-person meeting. This was all part of the process to get a summer internship.
