They list a higher maximum on their reqs than they are willing to offer anyone which might be a violation of pay transparency laws. You will be quoted a lower maximum by the recruiter on the phone than what they publish, but at least they tell you early on.
The HR person was super nice. There were quite a few rounds, but they got scheduled fast. Some interviewers seemed unsure about what to ask or answer, sometimes saying they didn't know and I should ask someone else.
There were several rounds: a 30 minute call with a recruiter, then a 1 hour zoom with an engineering manager, followed by a 3 hour technical code challenge. After that, there was a 45 minute code review with 2 engineers, then another 1 hour zoom with a different engineering manager, and finally a 45 minute zoom with 2 engineers. I liked the STAR questions and the people I met.
