The interview process was longer than originally expected, but still great. You can definitely tell that Aurora goes the extra mile to make sure that they are bringing on quality hires. The process took around a month. I went through a total of 6 interviews with one of them being a project presentation. Everyone that I interviewed with was very professional and passionate about the company which gave me some reassurance throughout the lengthy process.
The interview process was long and drawn out. It involved a huge assignment that took over 8 hours, followed by a presentation. After that, they made me wait a full week before giving me a dismissive and callous 'no'.
The interview process was super smooth and they did a great job keeping me informed about what was coming next. If there were any delays, they were also good about letting me know. I ended up having about 7 interviews in total. It started with a phone screen, then I met with the hiring manager, and after that, I had to do a presentation. Following the presentation, I had four more interviews with different people throughout the company.
