I talked to Aurora Recruiter, then the hiring manager, then had a tech interview with the team. After that, they totally ghosted me, no response for 3 months even though they said they'd set up the next interview the following week.
I had a hiring manager call, a technical screen, and then an onsite interview. The interview steps were pretty standard, but their process was really streamlined with quick turnaround between phases once things got going. I really appreciated getting feedback within 1 or 2 days all the way through the interview and offer process, as it helped ease my anxiety. The whole team was very professional, and the recruiter was especially helpful throughout the entire thing.
The interview process was a bit different because they were also looking for the manager for this position. I first spoke with the recruiter, then a peer, followed by a full day of back-to-back interviews with three different stakeholders. After that, I met with the hiring manager one more time. Instead of a writing test, I had to submit work samples. Even though I didn't get an offer, it was one of the most positive recruiting experiences I've had. The recruiter was really helpful and communicative, and the process moved quickly.
