Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a case interview with a VP, then had two more MD case interviews and one HR MD interview for the final round before offers. The cases were guided and not open-ended consulting style; they felt like real applicable cases.

I reached out to people after an online forum and heard back from everyone, even VPs and MDs. The calls were very casual and I learned a lot about the company, its structures, and insights into PE work.

The first interview was very behavioral and conversational and chill. However, the second interviewer was pretentious and clearly uninterested after a very brief initial impression. The interview included some consulting case study-like questions.
