Audax Group Interview Questions

The first part of the interview was with the VP of Responsible Investment, to see if we were a good fit. It wasn't technical, just a normal first round chat. It didn't end up being the right fit for me.

Tivemos uma entrevista em grupo e uma dinâmica. Começou com uma roda de conversa onde nos apresentamos e falamos sobre nossos interesses de forma interativa, com a entrevistadora nos estimulando. Depois de nos apresentarmos, ela foi nos chamando um por um para outra sala. Fiquei na mesma sala com outro participante e fomos informados que éramos os únicos a passar para o treinamento.

There were two rounds of interviews. They were consulting case style interviews and typical behavioral questions you'd expect to see. They didn't have technical investment banking style questions, but were more designed to see how you think.
