Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 3-step interview process. First, I spoke with two attorneys who worked in random departments of WA, not necessarily people who came through the honors program themselves. Then, I interviewed with two higher-ranking attorneys. The final round was with two deputies to the AG.

I had a Zoom interview with 4 people on the panel. Each person asked me a couple of questions. I wasn't given the questions beforehand. It was just one round of interviews. Everyone was really professional and nice. The questions were all fair and it was clear they were prepared and the same for everyone interviewing.

The interview process included a panel interview led by the office manager. A list of questions was emailed to me 15 minutes before the interview. These questions covered why I wanted to work there and how I would handle the role's required tasks.
