Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a phone screening, but I didn't get past that part. After that, it was a 3-round process: a Zoom call, then a panel interview, and then another panel interview. If you get hired, they have cohorts you join for training.

The interviewer didn't introduce themselves and seemed disengaged. They focused heavily on my college degree, which was strange given my 5+ years of work experience.

The interview process involved 4 rounds. It started with a screening call. The interviews were long, and the final one lasted 2 hours. It was a bit unusual that they didn't allow questions in the final interview since they were asking questions the entire time.
