It started with a phone screening, but I didn't get past that part. After that, it was a 3-round process: a Zoom call, then a panel interview, and then another panel interview. If you get hired, they have cohorts you join for training.
I went through three rounds of interviews. First was a screening, then a chat about my experience, and finally a technical interview. The first two felt pretty chill, and everyone was nice. But the last one, the technical one, they used a language I didn't know, and the interviewer made it kinda awkward. I got a standard rejection email afterwards with no explanation.
It's basically a 5-part process: First, an intro call with the recruiter. Then, Round 1 is a 45-min call with a CX manager over Google Meet. Round 2 is a 90-min practical interview that includes a test. After that, there's a quick 15-min chat with the recruiter to ask questions and find out more. Finally, Round 3 is a 90-min panel interview where they'll really dig into your professional background.
