Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was transparent and quick, although it did take a while. The design recruiter was really friendly and prepared me well for the next steps. As I progressed, it seemed like people were really busy and didn't have much time for interviews. Everyone I spoke with was nice and personable, but it felt like they had too much going on to really focus on me. Despite that, I felt good about the whole process until they suddenly ghosted me without extending an offer.

This has been a long but great interview process, one of the most transparent I've been through. They've put in a lot of effort at every step, making me feel more confident. I'm not done yet and haven't received an offer, but I'm really impressed. It's clear they do things purposefully, especially with how well the remote teams communicate. I've seen teams in the same office who don't communicate this effectively. I'm excited to continue and hope to work with what seems like a great team. Regardless, I'll be grateful for the experience and know what to look for in the future regarding good communicators.

The interview was friendly and respectful. They asked me to walk through my resume and portfolio, mentioning that showcasing both technical and visual aspects would be a plus. Be ready for design challenges, as they offer plenty of time to work on them.
