Candidate-reported interview process

I interviewed with Attentive twice, first for a sales representative role and then for this customer specialist position. The first time went fine, but the second interview was just okay. The recruiter interview was a bit strange because the recruiter didn't seem very enthusiastic and her fire alarm went off during the call. I had to ask her to repeat a question because of it, which felt awkward as she seemed uninterested.

Attentive has one of the best recruiting teams I have ever worked with. They did a great job of keeping me in the loop and making sure all my questions were answered. Pretty straight fwd process to include a 30 min with a recruiter, 30 min with a team member, take-home assignment, and 3 30 min final rounds.

The interview process was rigorous and rewarding. I got to meet a lot of different people, which made me feel really welcome. Everyone seemed to be on the same page and asked thoughtful questions. They were really focused on giving me a great experience as a candidate.
