Candidate-reported interview process

It was a multi-stage interview process that spanned several weeks, involving web meetings. I spoke with the hiring sales manager, peer managers, and also a professional services manager.

The interview process was really quick and simple. The recruiter was super engaged and the whole thing felt very transparent. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had. After the initial recruiter screening and a take-home test, there were 4 interview rounds. I got the offer pretty fast after the last interview.

The interview process was well-structured with clear next steps and company briefs. The company description was also great. However, there wasn't much feedback provided and no face-to-face communication occurred. The company culture could have been warmer, as they didn't give the impression of being fun to work with.
